We live in a decent high sized house in Bronte, so it's not a small job. The process was super smooth. Had a quick call and they dropped by to discuss our requirements, the plan, and the price. We didn't want a new look to the stone, so we selected not to use solvents when they were cleaning the stone. They attended with two people who were professional, pleasant, lovely to chat with and knew what they were doing (not kids basically). They explained what they were going to do with what equipment, and explained why they used deionized water. We left them alone for half of the day and came back to a beautifully restored front and back yard, with the stone looking fresh and clean (but not sparkly new as requested), as well as gleaming clear large frame windows. The pool glass, which was stained by years of chlorine splashing, looked like new. They had clearly paid attention to detail. The final price was the same as the price we'd agreed and they did a few extra things with the power washer without charging. They suggested coming back in six months, rather than the three that was suggested by another company, as the technique with the deionized water keeps the windows clean longer…
